Bari Rothfeld, a licensed clinical social worker is a passionate and enthusiastic therapist in Chicago who specializes in the treatment of adults who are struggling with addictions (chemical and process), eating disorders (binge eating disorder and compulsive overeating), anxiety, OCD, depression, trauma, self injury, body image concerns, relationship issues, and general life stressors. Bari also enjoys working with couples on relationship enhancement.
Bari’s therapeutic work is informed by evidence-based best practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Exposure Response Prevention Therapy (ERP).

She tailors her practice to meet the unique needs of each client, while appropriately utilizing humor and authenticity to humanize the vulnerable experience of therapy.
Bari received her MSW from Loyola University Chicago and now holds an LCSW and CADC. She has worked with various client populations as a result of her experience at Alexian Brothers Behavioral Health Hospital and Eating Recovery Center, where she worked in both clinical and managerial roles.
While her office is located in downtown Chicago, off Michigan and Randolph, she welcomes and serves clients in the surrounding Chicagoland areas!
