A Note From Ali

I wanted to become a therapist because I have always felt drawn to people and connection. I feel incredibly privileged to be trusted with the life stories and vulnerabilities of the people I meet, while also having the ability to offer support and guidance. My personal therapy style is best described as warm, genuine, and candid.

In my free time, I enjoy spending time by the lake, as I find it incredibly grounding and healing.  I also love spending time with family, friends, and my little dachshund puppy, Finley!

While her office is located in downtown Chicago next to Millenium park for in-person sessions, she also welcomes and serves clients for online therapy from anywhere in Illinois. Clients from the Chicagoland area may choose in-office or online therapy and usually commute from surrounding areas such as River North, South Loop, West Loop, Gold Coast, Old Town, Lincoln Park, Lake View, Logan Square, Wicker Park, Bucktown and many more.
