A Note From Amanda

I became a therapist because I find great meaning and purpose in this work. I recognize that mental health struggles often feel like a barrier in many facets of life and my goal is to provide tools to assist you in connecting with your values and living a life that feels meaningful to you in the face of these challenges. My therapy style is best described as genuine and collaborative while incorporating humor at times. Therapy can feel challenging and I find that a good laugh can help clients to feel more at ease!

In my spare time, I enjoy attending concerts, exploring new coffee shops & restaurants, practicing yoga/working out, shopping for a great outfit, and collecting vinyl records.

Amanda is accepting new clients for in-person and online therapy from anywhere in Illinois.
