About Christina

Christina holds a master’s degree in social work from the University of Chicago Crown School of Social Work. Before becoming a therapist, Christina practiced as an attorney and enjoys working with clients struggling in high-stress corporate environments. As a queer therapist, Christina also offers a safe and affirming environment for exploring gender and sexuality.

Christina utilizes a blend of psychodynamic, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) in her sessions. Christina is committed to creating spaces for her clients to learn and utilize compassion for themselves and others in their lives.

A Note From Christina

Known for my direct and occasionally irreverent approach, I aim to bring warmth, compassion, and a little humor into sessions with clients. I also like to draw from my experience as a career-changing therapist who has lived in several states to work with clients experiencing distress from significant life transitions. In my free time, I enjoy playing lots of video games, sewing, and playing with my two cats!

While her office is located in downtown Chicago next to Millenium park for in-person sessions, she also welcomes and serves clients for online therapy from anywhere in Illinois. Clients from the Chicagoland area may choose in-office or online therapy and usually commute from surrounding areas such as River North, South Loop, West Loop, Gold Coast, Old Town, Lincoln Park, Lake View, Logan Square, Wicker Park, Bucktown, and many more.
