A Note From Colleen
I was initially drawn to the field of mental health and social work after witnessing the impact therapy has had on the lives of those around me. I was also interested in the field of mental health because of my curiosity about why people think the way they think, behave the way they behave, and feel the way they feel. My therapy style is best described as approachable, supportive, and genuine – humorous, when appropriate! My therapy style is also tailored to each individual as everyone has different life experiences and needs.
In my free time, I enjoy cooking and finding new recipes, traveling (always open to suggestions!), working out, trying different restaurants, playing with the family dog, and spending time with friends and family!
While her office is located in downtown Chicago next to Millenium park for in-person sessions, she also welcomes and serves clients for online therapy from anywhere in Illinois. Clients from the Chicagoland area may choose in-office or online therapy and usually commute from surrounding areas such as River North, South Loop, West Loop, Gold Coast, Old Town, Lincoln Park, Lake View, Logan Square, Wicker Park, Bucktown and many more.
