A Note From Courtney
I decided to become a therapist because I believe in the power of relationships. I want to communicate that you are not alone and it is an honor and a privilege to be able to provide support and build safe spaces with individuals on their mental health journeys. My personal therapy style can be described as compassionate, authentic, creative, approachable, and connected . I tailor my work with each individual to best meet their needs. I welcome all emotional expressions in the therapy space, and seek to incorporate humor and laughter to our sessions too when appropriate.
In my spare time I enjoy drawing, building things, getting outside, collecting funky socks, long car rides, and exploring with my silly pup named Murphy.
While her office is located in downtown Chicago next to Millenium park for in-person sessions, she also welcomes and serves clients for online therapy from anywhere in Illinois. Clients from the Chicagoland area may choose in-office or online therapy and usually commute from surrounding areas such as River North, South Loop, West Loop, Gold Coast, Old Town, Lincoln Park, Lake View, Logan Square, Wicker Park, Bucktown and many more.
