A Note From Hannah

I learned the power of connection through my lived experience and professional training, and believe investing in a therapeutic relationship can help set the foundation of a fuller and more meaningful life. The best therapeutic work occurs in a collaborative environment where clients feel safe and empowered. I will let you set the pace and meet you where you are in your readiness for change. My personal therapy style is best described as genuine, relaxed, and direct. It is my hope that you can leave each session with greater perspective and/or a new skill to practice.

Outside of work, most of my time is spent being a fun city mom with my daughters. My husband and I like to try new restaurants and watch as many F1 races as we can. For my self-care, I enjoy fancy coffee, reading/attending book club, pilates, and spending time with friends!
