A Note From Jennifer

I decided to become a therapist because I want to help people to feel heard, not alone, and understand that their feelings are valid. My personal therapy style is best described as authentic, kind, and flexible.

In my spare time, I enjoy writing and reading, being with friends, running, being creative, playing video games, sewing, traveling the world, listening to podcasts, and lounging with my cats.

Jennifer is fully remote as a therapist doing online therapy for clients anywhere in Illinois.
