A Note From Jessica
I wanted to work as a therapist after recognizing the impacts that trauma, social issues, cultural needs, and economic impacts can have on a person’s mental and emotional health. I try to practice in a humble and open way which I feel has helped me connect with my clients and promote an environment where they can feel safe and supported. I firmly believe that everyone deserves a space where they can feel free to be who they are without judgement or guilt, and I want my practice style to reflect that. I operate from a humanistic space of compassion and kind accountability.
When not with clients, I love to explore the food scene in Chicago, spend time with and spoil my two cats, and love to stay active through running and kickboxing.
While her office is located in downtown Chicago next to Millenium park for in-person sessions, she also welcomes and serves clients for online therapy from anywhere in Illinois.
