A Note From Jessie
The most rewarding part of my job is helping clients find their strength and resilience. OCD & anxiety can feel debilitating, but it doesn’t have to be that way. My goal as an exposure therapist is to help you get back to the life you want to be living. My personal therapy style can be described as authentic, solution-focused, and direct. ERP is not easy, so I am committed to creating the most collaborative and supportive environment possible.
In my spare time, I enjoy cooking, exercising, traveling, and spending time with friends, family, and the absolute light of my life: my golden retriever, Harper!
While her office is located in downtown Chicago next to Millenium park for in-person sessions, she also welcomes and serves clients for online therapy from anywhere in Illinois. Clients from the Chicagoland area may choose in-office or online therapy and usually commute from surrounding areas such as River North, South Loop, West Loop, Gold Coast, Old Town, Lincoln Park, Lake View, Logan Square, Wicker Park, Bucktown and many more.
